Le Rosé de Mouton Cadet is a blend of traditional Bordeaux varieties: Merlot (60%) gives roundness and fruit, Cabernet Franc (23%) brings refinement and Cabernet Sauvignon (17%) the power and structure typical of Bordeaux rosé. Enjoyable as an aperitif, or with a summer salad, grilled chicken skewers, oriental or provencal dishes.
