With ILAG non-stick

The pan has a diameter of 24 centimeters. It is made of aluminum and has a high-quality non-stick coating, so that your dishes do not stick. This non-stick layer is based on the Swiss Basic ILAG technology. This coating gives the pan good non-stick properties and high wear resistance. The pan is PFOA-free, so it is safe and healthy to use to prepare food. The pan is 2.5 millimeters thick on the sides and 3 millimeters on the bottom.

The frying pan is suitable for all heat sources. So it doesn't matter whether you cook electric or ceramic or have a stove that works on induction, halogen or gas.

Long lifespan

To enjoy this frying pan for a long time, it is best to use kitchen utensils made of nylon or wood during cooking to prevent damage to the surface. Also make sure you always heat the pan with a layer of oil to monitor the temperature and prevent overheating. For a longer life, clean the pan afterwards with hot water, washing up liquid and a sponge or soft rinsing brush. Dishwasher washing is not recommended. If you do put it in the dishwasher, it is best to grease it again with oil or fat before using it again.
