Produced in the Olmec distillery in Jalisco, Mexico, it was born in 1867. Since then, it has always followed the same distillation method, called Tahona , which has more than 5 centuries of history. The distillation takes place inside the copper stills, and then follows an immediate bottling process, to preserve its intense flavor.

On the palate, in fact, Olmeca Blanco shows a strong personality. Herbaceous notes bring freshness while the presence of green pepper offers a very interesting touch to the profile. In the mouth, the sweetness persists until the end, crowned by smoky notes, in a delicate, soft, enveloping and naturally sweet ensemble, without excesses.
