Le Rosé de Mouton Cadet is a blend of traditional Bordeaux varieties: Merlot (60%) gives roundness and fruit, Cabernet Franc (23%) brings refinement and Cabernet Sauvignon (17%) the power and structure typical of Bordeaux rosé. Enjoyable as an aperitif, or with a summer salad, grilled chicken skewers, oriental or provencal dishes. Le Rosé de Mouton Cadet is made from rigorously selected grapes and wines from partner winegrowers in the main appellations of Bordeaux and the Côtes Blaye, Bourg, Castillon.
