Created in 1994 in tribute to Casa Herradura’s expert ‘Jimadores’ - the harvesters of the agave plant, whose job requires the skill of identifying when the agave is ready.
Tasting Note:
Aged in virgin American oak barrels for two months before bottling, el Jimador Reposado is a light golden tequila with wood notes on the nose, a menthol, peppery taste and a long, warm finish.
