All of roasting is done at Eight O'Clock own facility in Maryland, USA, under the expert supervision of master roasters.
Brewing instructions: To open: Unfold tin ties, lift top flap, and pull apart center of seal area. To close: Squeeze out air, roll top down and fold in tin ties. To preserve freshness: Close bag securely or transfer to an opaque, airtight container. To maintain freshness, store in a cool, dry place (not in refrigerator or freezer). Brewing instructions: Measure 1 to 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 fl oz of fresh cold water. Adjust to taste.
